100% waterproof seal
A seamless membrane covers joints and prepared problem areas without weak joins.
Professional liquid rubber application creates a flexible, seamless shield against leaks, UV exposure and South Africa’s demanding weather.
Leaks, harsh UV exposure and trapped heat cause expensive damage. Wacko Rubber combines correct preparation with a flexible coating system designed to protect vulnerable surfaces.
A seamless membrane covers joints and prepared problem areas without weak joins.
Flexible acrylic and industrial rubber systems built for sun, wind and driving rain.
Solutions for roof tiles, IBR, corrugated metal, wood, concrete, walls, parapets and more.
Choose water-based Liquid Rubber for pitched run-off areas, solvent rubber for demanding surfaces where water may gather, and primers for reliable preparation and adhesion.
We inspect surfaces and identify cracks, seams, screws and problem areas.
The area is cleaned, dried and prepared with the correct bonding system.
Coats are applied to the required thickness using brush, roller or spray.
After curing, the complete surface is checked for seamless coverage.
See how professional measurement, surface preparation and the right waterproofing system protect pitched and flat roofs.
Water-based Liquid Rubber, industrial Solvent Rubber and specialist primers each solve a different waterproofing challenge. Selecting the correct system is essential for lasting results.
Water movement, surface material, existing coatings and traffic levels all matter. Send us photos and dimensions on WhatsApp for a practical product recommendation.
Pure acrylic, UV-resistant and flexible waterproofing for sloped roofs, roof structures, metal, wood, parapets, concrete, IBR and corrugated roofs. Use where water can run off—not where water gathers.
Liquid Rubber is not recommended for areas where water dams or gathers. For flat roofs, box gutters and ponding conditions, review our Solvent Rubber system.
View Solvent RubberThe final appearance should be seamless. Weather, surface condition and application method affect coverage and curing.
Ensure the complete area is dry and clear of debris.
Apply Bonding Liquid to walls, crack seams, screws, joints, overlaps, ridge caps and gutters.
Apply a thin first coat. Once completely dry, apply a thicker second coat to reach approximately 1.5–2mm total thickness.
Total curing time is approximately 48 hours, depending on weather.
Nanotech PVB industrial liquid rubber—a 100% vinyl rubber roof paint and coating engineered for UV resistance, long service and demanding waterproofing conditions.
Use on concrete slabs, metal, wood, IBR, corrugated steel and stainless steel. Unlike water-based Liquid Rubber, this system can be used where water gathers.
Suitable for almost any surface except glass, subject to correct preparation.
Use on flat concrete slabs, box gutters and other areas where water can gather.
Suitable for IBR and corrugated roofs, farm dams and ponds. Not suitable for high-traffic areas.
Solvent systems require careful surface assessment, preparation and safe application. Contact Wacko Rubber to confirm the correct primer, coating build and curing conditions.
Specially formulated preparation products improve adhesion, bridge cracks and protect challenging surfaces—creating the foundation for a smooth, durable topcoat.
Designed to penetrate and bind surfaces previously painted with distemper, lime wash and cement paint before overcoating with emulsion paints.
Correct cleaning, drying, crack treatment and priming reduce coating failure. Our team can help identify which preparation product suits your substrate and existing finish.
Professional waterproofing begins with assessment and preparation, then finishes with careful coating around every seam, ridge, penetration and vulnerable area.
